Walmart offering Samsung Galaxy S 4G

AndroidLife has come up with the announcement of the Samsung Galaxy becoming available at the Walmart at a time when the T-mobile and the smartphone is hogging the limelight with its arrival plans onto the T-Mobile new cell phones shelf probably this month. As per the reports from the Walmart the Galaxy S 4G will carry a price tag of $148.88 with two years of service agreement. Consumers can buy the device for $248.88 with a two-year FlexPay agreement while it costs $650 for those who do not wish to come into any contract.

As for the features of this dainty device it includes a 4-inch AMOLED touchscreen, 5MP camera with 720p recording ability, front facing camera. It also bundles up a 16GB microSD card. This device is powered by a 1GHz Hummingbird processor and it runs on Android Froyo 2.2. Being Android based, one can access the Market for free and paid apps.
